The 23rd meeting of the LARC-Neuroscience Network will be organized on Friday, October 18th, 2019, in Nantes, at the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie (CCI) of Nantes, conveniently accessible by train+tram or car. Michel Neunlist (Inserm Univ. Nantes) will first present on microbiota and neural dysfunctions, Stella Elkabes (Rutgers University, USA) will present on the role of TLR9 in spinal cord injury, and Julie Gavard (Inserm/Cnrs, Univ. Nantes) will present on control of Glioblastoma. During the day, communications authored by young & talented postdoc researchers from the different neuroscience teams participating to the network will also be selected for oral presentations. Other communications will be presented as posters during the three hours lunch/coffee breaks. A preopening lecture for bioinformatics students and biologists by Maria Miteva, (CNRS/INSERM, Paris) will be scheduled the evening before the meeting on in silico screening of small molecules targeted by metabolizing enzymes.
