Research interest:

La recherche développée par l'équipe porte sur le contrôle endocrine et neuroendocrine de la fonction de reproduction. Elle est centrée sur l'étude du dialogue endocrine entre les différents acteurs définissant l'axe gonadotrope : le complexe hypothalamo-hypophysaire et les gonades, au cours du développement et chez l'adulte. Aux aspects fondamentaux, notre recherche associe également l'étude de perturbations internes (désordres nutritionnels, tumorigenèse) ou externes (contaminants, perturbateurs endocriniens). Ces recherches sont menées autour de deux grands thèmes complémentaires : 1-Différenciation et régulation de la fonction gonadotrope hypophysaire - Déterminants épigénétiques conduisant à l émergence du lignage gonadotrope hypophysaire - Rôle des microARN dans la régulation de la fonction gonadotrope par la GnRH. - Identification de nouveaux régulateurs de la fonction gonadotrope : les acides gras nutritionnels et l hormone anti-Müllérienne. 2-Développement et régulation de la fonction ovarienne
